What counts as a matched email?

A matched email is one that Tempello successfully links to a client matter in your practice management system and creates a time entry for. Internal emails, newsletters, marketing messages, and non-client communications are never charged. You only pay $0.49 for emails that generate billable time.

Will this cost me thousands if I get lots of email?

Accepted Answer

No. While attorneys may send and receive 150+ emails daily, only a small fraction are billable client communications that match to a matter. Most attorneys see a total cost of $59-$79/month — a fraction of the revenue recovered.

Are there any monthly minimums?

No. You only pay for matched emails processed. If you have a slow month, your costs are proportionally lower.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. You can pause or cancel your account at any time with no penalties.
